Brockton Self Storage

This project is a full gut renovation of an existing mill building in Brockton, Massachusetts, currently under construction and being converted into a Class A, climate-controlled self-storage facility. The scope includes extensive structural concrete repairs, selective demolition, timber structure modifications, comprehensive MEP, fire protection, and life-safety system upgrades, and a complete interior build-out. Exterior work includes a full façade renovation and repair, envelope improvements, and architectural upgrades to modernize the building, improve durability, and meet current code and operational requirements.
